The LA14 series motion sensor detects the presence of people in a room. This allows lighting or ventilation to be activated only when someone is present. The KEK1 is a simple passive condensation sensor. The sensor has a resistive output that provides a signal of approximately 10kOhm when condensation forms. It can be connected to the R102 and RS102 room controllers. The KEK1 sensor then ensures that the control of a chilled ceiling is interrupted when condensation forms on the cooling system.

The VVA and VVN series leak detection sensors are compatible with the LPH10 and VVK2 series leak detection switches. Various versions are available for floor mounting or installation under a water pipe. By mounting the sensor beneath a cooling pipe, condensation can also be detected.
